For my design class, we had an optical mixing project, where we got to use either one of our previous projects or a color photograph of our own choosing. I chose a photo I'd taken this past fall of my daughter on her class's apple picking field trip. We had to do the entire painting using dots of the primary colors, black and white. It was difficult to get the proper balances between the colors, but overall I'm pretty happy with the end result.
