Fall Semester

Fall semester started this week. As of this morning, I've been to each of my classes at least once. I have the same instructor for three of them. The good thing is, he makes things interesting, and makes sure to engage the class. The down side? If I blow off one class, He will see me at some other point in the day.

As far as the classes themselves, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to have fun, even when things get hectic with work being done. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have Videogame Theory and Design, Advanced Photoshop, and Digital Photography. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have Desktop Publishing (InDesign).

Now, I do forsee a few small problems with the first part of the semester, at least. Currently, I'm still without a car, as the van is still dead. It's probably going to be expensive, and I really wish I could just replace it. Finally, I need to get myself a decent camera, a computer of my own and a copy of at least InDesign and Photoshop. It will likely be at least a quarter of the way through the semester before I have access to my grants for anything but shopping in the school bookstore.

I'm looking for a job, but so far, I've had no luck finding anything. I'm hoping to be able to get the van running long enough to at least go around and turn in some applications. Beyond that, I'm just at a loss for what else to do at the moment. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome.
